When I got up to the nice lady, Julie, she explained the pricing. When she tried to open the arm to let me through the touch screen froze! She felt so bad... she called someone over to help and open the arm. The wash was one of the best I have had! Probably doesn't hurt that that the equipment is new! All of the people working there were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

So they have their act completely together, friendly competent prompt service, high quality wash with undercarriage and tire shine at second least expensive tier, and equipment all completely covers vehicle well (no spots underwashed) and excellent setup for vacuum and mat cleaning!

A random decision to get my truck washed at Scrubbs resulted in probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Not only was the attendee super polite and helpful, but the truck came out completely clean (never happens at other car washes). I was also pleasantly surprised to see that they offer microfiber towels and various spray bottles of cleaners in the vacuum area. As I was using the vacuums, the customer experience manager came over and introduced himself, asking if there was anything else I could do for him. That is the kind of service that deserves a shout out.

The best drive-thru car wash in a decade. The water pressure, the abundance of soap, wax and brush pressure leaves you spotless. You get a micro-cloth, air freshner and inside wipe. The staff was incredible. Represents the company very well. Not the normal at most car washes. I plan on joining the club. AWESOME!

This place is absolutely awesome and so needed! The manager and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming and the facility itself is beautiful! Take advantage of the monthly carwash deal!

I don't usually switch car washes, but Scrubs Car Wash in South Reno won me over--and fast. The quality of the wash is excellent, and the amenities are a game changer: super strong vacuums and blowers, free microfiber towels, plus glass and all-purpose cleaners available at every station. It's never been easier to get that detailed, showroom finish inside and out. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They genuinely care. I drive an Audi Q5 Sport with a rear spoiler that other washes always miss--but the Scrubs crew gave it a thorough pre-wash before it even went through the tunnel. That kind of service is rare.

Wash my eyes out! Did I just experience along with my VW the best wash. The staff are happy, friendly and eager to help. The vacuums, let's put it politely. You don't want stuff being sucked up except dirt on floors. Powerful!!! Watch wear you pointing that nozzle...I met Scrubbs on my second visit to the outstanding Carwash. This is a step up from a modern carwash. I call it a place to, "pamper my always faithful ride." To the management at Scrubbs, WoW! You covered the base with this establishment. The staff are a cut above anywhere I have washed my automobile in Washoe County. Keep it up!

Great location. i have been to a lot of car washes and nothing compares to this. The people that work there actually look happy and are super friendly. I love the dog concept and can't wait to meet Scrubbs. Anyone reading this, I encourage them to check them out. You will be satisfied. Trust me. Not to mention they have gentle foam brushes that do not scratch your car.
